
HUMAN ACCESS launched a number of important and purposeful activities within the framework of the project to provide livelihood services to the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), to empower and protect women for sustainable development.
In Taiz Governorate, dignity kits were distributed to 40 women in Al-Ma'afer District.
Psychological support on family problems and self-control was offered on the sidelines of the distribution, along with legal awareness on electronic blackmail to educate women beneficiaries on the dangers of this widespread form of violence in our world today and how to avoid it.
In the same context and as part of the livelihood and economic empowerment grants, a bazaar was organized in Al-Matar area in Marib Governorate, designed to showcase the products and creativity of the women beneficiaries, help them develop their skills and talents, and create marketing opportunities for their products.
A psychological support session on self-management was also held in Al-Mujamma area with the attendance of a number of women and girls to help them gain self-confidence and support others.
