Human Access for Partnership and Development (HUMAN ACCESS) is a non-governmental, independent, non-profit, humanitarian, developmental, charitable, voluntary, and community-based organization that implements its programs, projects and services according to periodic plans, a deliberate and renewed strategy, and a method of work based on the scientific methodology.

HUMAN ACCESS covers, with its various activities and services, all regions of the Republic of Yemen, investing in this the efforts of a large network of workers and volunteers in the branches and committees affiliated with it in the governorates and districts inside Yemen, which numbered (26) branches and (279) committees, besides an office in the State of Djibouti, which provides services for Yemeni refugees there. HUMAN ACCESS also aspires to open additional external offices in a number of neighboring regional countries.
