Funded by UNICEF, HUMAN ACCESS in Aden Governorate launched a training program on case management for survivors of gender-based violence. The training, which was held as part of the Girls' Protection and Empowerment through an Entrepreneurial Approach program, was attended by 18 male and female trainees from several Yemeni governorates.
The three-day training program aimed to enhance the skills of specialists and administrators in managing gender-based violence cases, providing effective support, assessing needs, and developing appropriate assistance plans for each case in accordance with international laws and standards.
This training will help promote rights and protection from gender-based violence, which is increasingly prevalent in Yemen due to the intersecting crises of conflict, displacement, and the deteriorating economic situation.
