The Safe Space for Women and Girls in Marib Governorate received Marina Al-Jobani and Ghamdan Al-Qadhi, coordinators of the Sub-Cluster of gender-based violence (GBV) at the offices of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Aden and Marib.
The visit comes within the framework of evaluating the performance of the protection and livelihood support project "Safe Space for Women and Girls", implemented by HUMAN ACCESS in Marib, funded by UNFPA, and includes a GBV project.
During the visit, the UNFPA GBV Sub-cluster coordinators in Aden and Marib offices were briefed on the implemented activities and services, their effectiveness, ways to improve them, and the possibility of adding quality services that meet the needs of women and girls in the future.
The visit coincided with the distribution of economic empowerment projects to women beneficiaries of livelihood programs for the third quarter in Ma'rib Governorate.
