Under the umbrella of the activities of the protection and livelihood support project “Safe Space for Women and Girls” funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate has launched a training course in the field of making sweets and pastries for a number of beneficiaries in Al Matar neighborhood to enable them to obtain a continuous source of income.
In a related context, two training courses in the field of sweets and pastries were completed, the first in Al-Wadi district, targeting a number of women and girls within 10 days, and the second a 15-day training in Al-Jufaina camp, with the participation of 14 women.
The purpose of these courses is to empower women professionally, transform them into self-reliant productive families, and encourage them to engage in the labor market.
