Ms. Marina Al-Jobani, Aden hub GBV sub cluster Coordinator at United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), visited HUMAN ACCESS in Aden governorate. She was welcomed by Mr. Riyad Mohammed, HUMAN ACCESS Director-General, Dr. Jamil Al-Yousifi, Assistant Director-General, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Adahl, Director of the Reproductive Health Project.
During this visit, the progress of both projects of “reproductive health” and “gender”, funded by the United Nations Population Fund, were reviewed and means of joint cooperation and coordination were also discussed, ensuring more reproductive health services are provided to Yemen.
Ms. Al-Jobani got acquainted with the most significant areas of humanitarian interventions in reproductive health and the positive outcomes realized by HUMAN ACCESS over the past period. She followingly discussed with the staff in charge the challenges faced by the project team.
The Coordinator commended the role played by HUMAN ACCESS in implementing reproductive health and gender programmes
