HUMAN ACCESS in Aden Governorate organized a celebration at the end of a vocational training course in sewing for 12 beneficiaries.
Ten of these beneficiaries were economically empowered and provided with the requirements to practice the profession within the “Safe Space for Women and Girls” Protection and Livelihood Support Project, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
A certification ceremony was held to honor the trainees in the presence of UNFPA representatives, followed by an interview to explore their career path in sewing.
Vocational qualification and empowerment grants will help them gain employment and earn a living as one sustainable solution to daily difficulties, while enhancing resilience in light of increasing humanitarian needs.
