Funded by UNICEF, HUMAN ACCESS organized an awareness-raising activity in Hadhramaut Governorate to enhance teachers' capabilities in creating safe and inclusive educational environments. This initiative is part of the "Protecting and Empowering Girls through the Entrepreneurial Approach" project (Phase II).

The activity targeted 30 male and female teachers from various schools in Mukalla, aiming to build the capacity of educational staff to provide safe and inclusive learning environments and to develop their skills in addressing students' needs, thereby contributing to their protection and well-being.

The activity covered several key topics and involved interactive sessions and practical exercises—such as brainstorming, presentations, and role-playing—as well as pre- and post-assessments to measure participant learning and the activity's overall impact.

This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to embed modern educational practices that make schools safer and more stable environments for all students.
