In Mukalla City, Hadramout Governorate, HUMAN ACCESS concluded a two-day training workshop on life skills for 25 female teachers and educational supervisors. This initiative was conducted under Phase II of the project "Protection and Empowerment of Girls through the Pioneer Approach," funded by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
The training featured interactive activities and practical exercises aimed at enhancing the capacities of educational staff to foster students' life skills—including effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and teamwork. The goal is to build inclusive and safe learning environments that address diverse student needs and promote positive participation.
