
HUMAN ACCESS held several activities within the Livelihood Services Project for the Most Vulnerable Women and Girls in Yemen, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The project’s key objective is to support Yemeni women in various areas of life as a foundation for sustainable development and lasting peace.
In Mukalla, Hadhramaut Governorate, a Ramadan iftar was organized for female employees of the Livelihood Services Project, to strengthen cooperation and professional ties among workers to support women's issues.
In Taiz Governorate, legal awareness and discussion sessions were held, and 14 female teachers were honored in Al-Ma'afer District on the occasion of International Women's Day.
In Marib Governorate, the delivery of dignity kits concluded, reaching 320 beneficiaries in Al-Wadi District. The goal was to alleviate the suffering of women and girls living in vulnerable situations and enhance protection from gender-based violence.
During the delivery process, awareness and psychological support were offered to the women beneficiaries to build self-confidence and raise awareness of women's issues.
