HUMAN ACCESS in Hadhramaut and Marib governorates implemented a number of activities and events within the activities of the Protection and Livelihood Support Project "Safe Space for Women and Girls", funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

In the city of Seiyun, Hadhramaut, two training courses were launched in the fields of sweets and pastries, sewing and embroidery for 28 displaced and host community beneficiaries to assist them create sustainable job opportunities to provide income and alleviate the suffering of the targeted poor families.

In Marib, the safe space in Al-Wadi District launched two training courses in the fields of sweets and pastries, sewing and embroidery for a number of women from the most vulnerable families.

The safe space in Al Matar neighborhood also concluded a training course on the manufacture of sweets and pastries within the fourth quarter of this year.

The safe space for women and girls in Al Mujamma neighborhood of Marib carried out community awareness sessions for students of the Martyr Mohammad Hayel School, including social and health education, along with disseminating brochures to increase awareness of vital issues, encourage girls to acquire knowledge, and spread a permanent state of awareness in the community.
