HUMAN ACCESS in the governorates of Al-Mahra and Marib concluded multiple training courses within the protection and livelihood support project "Safe Space for Women and Girls", which is implemented by HUMAN ACCESS in the two governorates with funding from United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

A literacy training course was concluded in Al-Ghaydah, Al-Mahra Governorate, with the participation of 20 female participants.

In the closing event, Intisar Awad, Director of the Department of Women’s Development in Al Ghaydah District, praised the role of HUMAN ACCESS and its efforts to eradicate illiteracy, as it is an obstacle to development and a threat to society in general and women in particular, and called on female students to complete their education and enroll in continuing education.

In Marib Governorate, HUMAN ACCESS concluded a vocational training program from the third quarter of this year for the second batch in the field of sewing and tailoring in Al-Wadi district. It also concluded livelihood courses in the fields of sewing and hairdressing, targeting 26 women and girls in Al-Matar area, and aimed at qualifying female targets for the labor market, empowering them economically, and improving their living situation.
