In the presence of John Wain, head of the National Shelter Cluster, and Monir al-Sobari, deputy head of the cluster, HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate participated in the coordination meeting with the National Shelter Cluster.

The meeting discussed alternative models for finding solutions to shelter problems, in which HUMAN ACCESS will share a model with the rest of the partners, in addition to reviewing the services offered to the displaced in the aspects of shelter in Marib. Mr. Wain expressed his appreciation and admiration for the services offered to the displaced.

The meeting also touched on the necessity of coordinating efforts and field visits with the cluster team and the Executive Unit to provide better services to the displaced. The attendees also discussed the challenges and difficulties they face and how to overcome them.

The meeting included a number of integrative proposals to develop and improve performance to meet the needs of the displaced. It is worth noting that HUMAN ACCESS will establish Al-Amal camp for the newly displaced in Al-Wadi district in collaboration with partners and the local authority, and with funding from Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH).
