In partnership with a number of donor organizations, HUMAN ACCESS provided emergency humanitarian aid and services to poor, displaced and war-affected families in Marib and Taiz governorates. This came as a matter of relief and aid projects provided to the displaced and conflict-affected people in Yemen.
Food
915 food baskets were distributed to poor and displaced families, benefiting about 5,490 individuals. The baskets consisted of flour, rice, sugar, cooking oil and pulses, in partnership with IHH and Deniz Feneri organizations.
Water treatment plant project in Kara General Hospital
This project was implemented in partnership with the Malaysian Global Peace Foundation. The project included the purchase and construction of a water treatment plant for Kara General Hospital in Marib Governorate, in addition to extensions and the purchase of a 500-liter water tank.
Water Supply
In partnership with the German humanitarian organization WEFA, more than 660,000 liters of potable water have been supplied to displaced and affected families. Providing water has alleviated the suffering of the most affected and displaced families, who suffer from great financial difficulties in obtaining drinking water in Taiz Governorate.
