With funding from the Humanitarian Relief Foundation, Human Rights and Freedoms (IHH), HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate distributed relief bags containing basic food supplies, in addition to shelter kits consisting of blankets and mattresses to 600 displaced families affected by the recent floods.
It has been reported that many parts of Yemen have been hit by heavy rains and flooding, causing severe damage to IDP camps, shelters, and their properties.
Marib governorate contains the largest number of internally displaced persons, and this emergency aid will assist the most vulnerable and needy displaced persons and improve their ability to recover and cope with climate shocks.
