A vocational and rehabilitation program for young people in Mukalla city was launched by HUMAN ACCESS in Hadhramaut Governorate with generous funding from the International Islamic Charity Organization in Kuwait.

The director general of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Qasem Al-Juaidi, praised the quality of this training program as it addresses livelihood needs resulting from the scarcity of jobs.

The program aims to qualify 58 young men and women in a number of income-generating vocational and craft fields, such as sewing, tailoring, graphics, secretarial work, and candy and pastry making.

In the midst of the country's continued economic crisis, the program plays a significant role in allowing young people in difficult circumstances to work, earn a living, become self-reliant, and develop the economy.
