HUMAN ACCESS in the governorates of Shabwa and Marib carried out awareness-raising and psychological support sessions within the activities of the protection and livelihood support project "Safe Space for Women and Girls", funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The goal is to empower Yemeni women in various fields and levels, and to enhance their resilience and their role as a source of hope and inspiration.
In the city of Ataq, Shabwa, the female volunteers of the Protection Network carried out community awareness sessions in a public park, which addressed a number of important issues, including the importance of women's education.
In Al-Jufaina area of Marib, the safe space organized group psychological support sessions on coping with psychological and family pressures, in the presence of 22 women and girls visitors to the space.
