An agreement has been signed between HUMAN ACCESS in Hadhramaut Governorate and Sila Foundation for Development for the operation of the golden needle factory for leather sewing in Mukalla.

A key goal of the "My Career with My Hand 6" program is to open new horizons for entrepreneurship and promote job opportunities as a means to a successful response, benefiting the economy, and minimizing the negative consequences of conflict for society, particularly women.

Sila Foundation's director of community development, Khalid Yaslam bin Shihab, explained during the signing process that the goal of operating this productive vocational laboratory is to create an environment where the latest equipment, capabilities, and professional minds can be used to meet the local market's needs in a productive environment.

Additionally, he pointed out the foundation's tendency to support professional projects that offer community members job opportunities and develop their skills.
