In partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the Community Center for IDPs of HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate launched a training program to develop the skills of 16 entrepreneurs who have project ideas in various fields such as agriculture, services, trade, and productivity.

This program is considered the first at the governorate level, as it came after in-depth studies of the labor market.

The training program involves theoretical and practical aspects of the basic skills necessary to manage projects successfully.

Furthermore, the program involves developing feasibility studies for economic projects so that trainees can launch their own projects after the program is over. Following the training, technical and financial consultations will be provided to ensure that the projects are sustained and successful in the future.

The 16 beneficiary pioneers were selected from among dozens of applicants via an online link that was made available to everyone, based on specific and precise criteria.

Ultimately, 7 trainee pioneers will be selected to receive financial assistance to develop special projects based on their ideas, within a framework that aims to provide sustainable solutions to help decrease Yemen's high rates of poverty and unemployment as a result of the ongoing conflict.
