A model for sustainable sanitation solutions and a crucial step toward reducing the environmental and health risks caused by open toilets and the lack of sanitation services.

This is the sewage extension project in "Shi'b Al-Haddadin" area of ​​Al-Muzaffar District in Taiz Governorate. The project connected the area to the main sewage network, serving approximately 6,000 people who previously suffered from the spread of numerous diseases and epidemics linked to the lack of sanitation services. Now, they enjoy a clean and safe environment.

The residents of Shi'b Al-Haddadin area expressed their great happiness with this humanitarian intervention, saying that the project has given them security and hope, created a new life for them, and even contributed to solving many of their sufferings and problems.

Ali Qaed, a resident of the area, said, "You have made a qualitative shift in our lives. The lack of sanitation was one of the forms of suffering we endure."

Meanwhile, the local authority in Al-Muzaffar District, through the Director General of the District, Mohammed Al-Kadahi, stated, "This project is one of the best implemented in this region during 2024."
