HUMAN ACCESS in Al-Mahra Governorate, in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), carried out community awareness sessions, targeting a number of women and girls in Al-Ghaydah district.
The first session dealt with raising awareness on the importance of women's work in empowering them economically to improve their standard of living and overcoming difficult life conditions, while the second session focused on the importance of personal hygiene. Through this session, participants were introduced to the correct and effective methods to preserve human health and the environment, and to educate each individual on the importance of hygiene.
