Under the slogan "Make Ramadan a joy", HUMAN ACCESS launches the Ramadan Charity Projects Campaign for this year 1444 AH – 2023 to meet the requirements of the fasting month and the joy of Eid, for about one million targeted people from the most vulnerable groups and in need of humanitarian aid throughout Yemen, a country that has been exhausted by the ongoing conflict for eight years.

Ramadan charity projects include the distribution of food baskets that consist of the most important basic food items, the delivery of dates and meat, a fasting breakfast project, clothing and an Eid gift to alleviate the suffering and fill gaps in the meals of individuals and targeted families of the displaced and poor families, widows and orphans, students, refugees and others.

In a special statement, Yahya Al-Daba, Head of HUMAN ACCESS, said that Ramadan projects are a window of hope for the vulnerable who have been deeply affected by war and deprived of the essentials of the month of fasting and the joy of Eid, as these projects meet basic needs and create joy in the midst of escalating poverty and hunger, thanking all donors for their generous support for these important projects.

Yemen suffers from very difficult humanitarian conditions as a result of the conflict, amid worsening living and economic crises, which deprived most people of the joy of breaking the fast during the holy month of Ramadan.

HUMAN ACCESS has been implementing Ramadan projects to provide the food needs of this month and create joy for many who are in dire need of humanitarian assistance.
