With funding from the Malaysian MyCare Foundation and I-Kutsev Chain, HUMAN ACCESS in Marib governorate has completed the construction and furnishing of six classrooms, a room for teachers, administration, and secretarial staff for the Martyr Abdulrab Al-Shaddadi School in Al-Jufainah Al-Ulya camp for displaced persons.

In the presence of the deputy governor of Marib, Dr. Abdu Rabbo Miftah, the director general of Marib City district, Mohammed bin Jalal, the deputy director general of the Education Office in the governorate, Abdulaziz Al-Bakri, and the director of the Education Office in Marib City district, Mohammed Marish, the classrooms were launched amidst great joy at this achievement.

In his remarks at the opening ceremony, Dr. Abdu Rabbo commended the work of HUMAN ACCESS, as well as the support of MyCare Foundation and I-Kutsev Chain, to implement this important project, which reduces overcrowding in the school and increases its capacity, citing displacement as one of the factors contributing to the decline in enrollment in education.

Furthermore, Dr. Miftah emphasized that this support provides more opportunities to displaced children to enroll in school.
