In Marib Governorate, HUMAN ACCESS has begun constructing six additional classrooms and management at the martyr Abdulrab Al-Shadadi School in Al-Jafinah Alulya camp for the displaced thanks to generous funding from MyCare Foundation and the Malaysian ICotsif series.
Moreover, 300 school bags were distributed with all their supplies to school students.
In the presence of a Malaysian team from the project financiers, headed by Professor Mohamed Zayen, and Mohamed Omran, the Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Ali Al-Abab, along with the deputy governor, Dr. Abdo Rabbu Miftah, laid the foundation stone for the construction of classes, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure that Yemen's education sector recovers from the destructive consequences of conflict.
The deputy governor also met with the Malaysian team, representing the MyCare Foundation, and the ICotsif series.
During the meeting, the humanitarian interventions of the two foundations in Marib, which housed a large number of displaced people, were reviewed, emphasizing the importance of these interventions, carried out through the local partner, HUMAN ACCESS, in crucial areas such as education, water, and shelter, to preserve the life and future of the most vulnerable groups.
