In partnership with MyCARE Organization, HUMAN ACCESS distributed Ramadan food baskets consisting of rice, sugar, flour, cooking oil, dates and legumes to 190 poor and displaced families in Marib Governorate to meet some of their needs during the month of fasting as part of the Ramadan charity projects.
Due to the widening gap between poverty and hunger as well as the expansion of the humanitarian crisis to include most of Yemen's population, Ramadan food baskets help alleviate the suffering of vulnerable families who suffer from an acute shortage of adequate food consumption.
