In collaboration with Muslim Aid, HUMAN ACCESS distributed food baskets, delivered iftar (breakfast) meals to fasting people, and distributed toys to children for the month of Ramadan in 1444 AH - 2023.
This project intends to meet a significant portion of the nutritional needs of the neediest people and families in the month of fasting so they will be able to break the fast during Ramadan and experience the privacy and features of such an annual event.
In this regard, Ramadan food baskets consisting of rice, sugar, flour, cooking oil, dates and legumes were distributed to 6,000 poor and displaced families in the governorates of Aden, Taiz, Shabwa, Abyan and Marib.
Moreover, 17,500 fasting people in Taiz and displaced people in Marib received iftar (breakfast), while 900 Eid gifts were distributed to children in Taiz and Marib with the hope of bringing joy and happiness to their hearts.
