HUMAN ACCESS Secretary General: More than (600.000) beneficiaries of Ramadan charity projects for 2021
HUMAN ACCESS concluded the Ramadan charity projects for the year 2021 in all governorates of the Republic. Dr. Abdulwase Alwasea, Secretary General of HUMAN ACCESS confirmed that (600696 ) individuals representing (100116 ) poor families have benefited from the services of these projects. He indicated that these projects included the distribution of food baskets, fasting breakfast meals, dates, and meat targeting the displaced, poor, and affected families, and the families of orphans and individuals in the various governorates and districts of Yemen.
Alwasea said in a statement that HUMAN ACCESS implemented, within the framework of these projects, two projects which are Eid clothing and gift distribution, from which (14964) children benefited from poor families and orphans, and also distributed in-kind alms and cash to eligible individuals and families.
He added that the Ramadan projects implemented by HUMAN ACCESS every year are considered among the most important seasonal projects that it implements in partnership with many donor organizations and support agencies, which have contributed to spreading the spirit of peace and tranquility in the hearts of displaced, affected and poor families during the days of the blessed month of Ramadan.
Dr. Alwasea pointed out that during the implementation of the Ramadan charity projects, HUMAN ACCESS was keen to observe the requirements of public safety and to take the necessary precautionary and preventive measures to confront the Coronavirus.
On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Alwasea congratulated the Yemeni people and the citizens of the Arab and Islamic nations on this blessed occasion.
He also expressed his thanks and gratitude for the continued support from organizations, charities, supportive personalities, donors, and philanthropists at home and abroad for various relief, development and service projects.
He in addition thanked the workers and volunteers who made great efforts in implementing the project as required.
