Under the slogan “Give them back their joy,” HUMAN ACCESS launches the Ramadan Charity Projects campaign for this year 1445 AH - 2024, as a giving window to meet the requirements of the month of fasting and the joy of Eid for more than a million people targeted from the most vulnerable and needy groups throughout Yemen.

This year's Ramadan charity projects include distributing food baskets, iftar meals for fasting people, distributing dates and meat, in addition to delivering Eid clothing and gifts, to improve the living conditions of those most in need of assistance, especially the displaced, orphans, poor students, and refugees.

In a special statement, Yahya Hasan Al-Dabaa, Head of HUMAN ACCESS, said that the association always seeks during this holy month to enhance the values of solidarity and compassion and provide the opportunity for philanthropists and charity people to support those in need and those deprived of Ramadan and Eid’s joy by participating in Ramadan charitable projects.

The head of HUMAN ACCESS said that the month of Ramadan is the month of giving, mercy, and benevolence, in which all happy human characteristics come together. Al-Dabaa also added that Ramadan charitable projects help poor and needy families perform the obligation of fasting with ease and help alleviate their suffering and improve their living conditions.

The humanitarian situation in Yemen remains bleak due to the ongoing conflict, and continued humanitarian aid is needed to prevent further deterioration in needs. Such Ramadan projects, which the association is accustomed to implementing annually, represent an opportunity to bring joy to the hearts of needy and affected children and families.
