Distributing economic empowerment grants for women and girls in the field of confectionery and pastry-making
Funded by the International Islamic Charity Organization-Kuwait, HUMAN ACCESS, through its Women and Children Sector in Marib Governorate, has delivered economic empowerment grants (i.e., confectionery and pastry-making requirements) for 15 target women and girls. The female beneficiaries were trained and equipped with the necessary skills for making confectionery and pastries for a period of a month.
This is driven by HUMAN ACCESS’s keen interest in supporting women and girls, in the areas of economic empowerment, training and qualification programmes, and capacity building; so to enable them to have new sources of income for themselves and their families.
