With support from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), HUMAN ACCESS in Al-Madinah and Al-Wadi districts of Marib Governorate distributed cash assistance to 695 displaced families whose homes and properties were severely damaged by the recent heavy rains and floods in the governorate.
This assistance is part of the integrated three-sector project, and within the framework of an emergency response, in coordination with the Executive Unit for the Management of Displaced Persons Camps in Marib.
The assistance aims to help affected families maintain their shelters and purchase basic shelter supplies. As a result, they will have an opportunity to rebuild their lives, enhance their sense of stability, security, and dignity, and help protect them from harsh climate conditions
