HUMAN ACCESS, in partnership with UNHCR, organized several legal awareness and education sessions targeting IDPs in Marib Governorate. The first session targeted a number of displaced educators in Al-Quoz camp in Marib city, in an effort to increase their awareness of laws and rights. It addressed the definition of work, the worker and the employer, the legal rights that the worker and the employer enjoy, and a mechanism for reporting and receiving complaints.
The second session also targeted a number of displaced persons in Al-Manin al-Qibli camp in Marib city district, focusing on legal protection of private life, such as: housing, electronic privacy, legal legislation, and how to deal with risks, in addition to introducing the center's activities and the services provided to IDPs and refugees.
As for the third session, it targeted 14 displaced women in Al-Najah camp in Al-Matar neighborhood, presenting an introduction to the Corona virus, its symptoms, prevention measures and the necessary precautions to prevent its spread.
