The Child Protection Center of HUMAN ACCESS in the Yemeni Marib Governorate organized an entertaining open day in Marib Land Park for 100 displaced boys and girls and the host community, with funding from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).

The event was attended by Abdulhakim Al-Qaisi, Director General of Social Affairs & Labor office in the governorate, and Dr. Khaled Al-Shijni, Deputy Director of the Executive Unit for the Management of IDP Camps.

During the open day, diverse activities in a joyous atmosphere took place, such as cultural competitions and games, human rights awareness, gift distribution, and other activities, all celebrating International Children's Day.

Among the goals of the event are psychological support for children separated from their parents and those suffering from critical injuries who receive specialized medical care from the Child Protection Center, out of the belief that children have social value and that it is important to invest in them and ensure that they don't fall behind.
