Agreement to Build and Equip the Administrative and Financial Sciences Faculty at Saba Regional University

HUMAN ACCESS, represented by Yahya Hasan Al-Daba, Head of the Association, and Saba Regional University in Marib Governorate, represented by Dr. Mohammed Hamoud Al-Qadasi, President of the University, signed a joint cooperation agreement to implement the project to build and equip the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university. The project is financed by the International Islamic Charity Organization (IICO), the Humanitarian Relief Foundation, Human Rights and Freedoms (IHH), and the local authorities in the governorate.
The agreement, signed in the presence of the University's Secretary-General, Dr. Othman Al-Arada, defines the framework for cooperation between the two parties in implementing the project, in accordance with the project's timeline. This includes engineering designs and plans, construction work for halls, buildings, and educational facilities, as well as furnishing and equipping all project components.
On the sidelines of the signing of the agreement, Dr. Al-Qadasi emphasized the importance of this vital project, which aims to develop the university's infrastructure and enhance its academic capabilities to meet the needs of students in administrative and financial sciences. Mr Al-Daba affirmed HUMAN ACCESS' commitment to supporting development projects that contribute to serving the community and improving the quality of higher education in Yemen, with the goal of shaping a sustainable future.
