HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate has carried out many diverse purposeful activities, trainings, and awareness sessions in Marib City.
The Community Centre run by HUMAN ACCESS and funded by UNHCR organized two awareness sessions for some IDP women in Al Qooz IDP Camp.
The first legal-awareness session involved 15 women and focused on the importance of national identity documents and how to be obtained. The second was a community-awareness session entitled "The Role of Reading and Writing in Life", and participated by 14 women.
In addition, many activities and trainings were carried out in the Al-Matar area as part of the “Protection and Livelihood Support Project”- "Safe Space for Women and Girls", funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
This included the roll-out of mobile maintenance training for 5 women trainees, which lasted for 20 days, coiffeurs and beautification training for 13 women trainees, as well as sewing and tailoring training for 13 trainees.
In addition, literacy training continues for 20 students, along with the legal, social, and psychological awareness sessions and consultations provided under the Safe Space for Women and Girls.
