HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate carried out a number of purposeful activities as part of the project to provide livelihood services for the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). These activities aim to address the growing threats hindering women's advancement.

In Al-Wadi District, 80 dignity kits were distributed, individual and group psychological support was provided, and awareness-raising activities were conducted on issues of concern to women and girls.

These involved an awareness-raising event on childhood issues, particularly girls, coinciding with International Missing Children's Day, which falls on May 25 of each year, to emphasize the importance of protecting and caring for children.

In Al-Rawdah area and Al-Mil camps, awareness-raising sessions were organized, addressing a range of important issues, such as problem-solving, how to utilize free time, raising children, the dangers of early marriage, and family dialogue.

A key objective of this initiative is to increase women's and girls' awareness, inform them of their important role in society, and improve their intellectual and cultural level.
