HUMAN ACCESS in Hadhramaut Governorate conducted two training courses on pre-eclampsia and manual aspiration of neonatal. In the first course, 18 women participated from the cadres working at the maternity and childhood center in Mayfaa, Mukalla district.

The course focused on the definition of preeclampsia: its symptoms, causes and treatment. It also discussed the early diagnosis of the case, clinical examination, and procedures for follow-up and referral.

In the second session, 10 women attended from the health cadres working in the project to support reproductive health services at Shahir Health Center, Ghayl Bawazir district. The session covered various scientific topics about manual neonatal aspiration.

Both sessions introduced participants to knowledge, information and skills related to reproductive health. It is worth noting that the two sessions were held as part of the Reproductive Health Services Support Project, funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
