Training Course to Develop the Capacities of the Girls' Protection and Empowerment Project Team Through an Entrepreneurial Approach
With funding from UNICEF, HUMAN ACCESS conducted a training course in Aden Governorate on environmental and social protection standards and the code of conduct. This course was part of the second phase of the Girls' Protection and Empowerment Project Through an Entrepreneurial Approach, preparing the team for the project's activities and ensuring high professional standards.
The training targeted 14 project staff members from Hadhramaut, Taiz, and Lahj governorates. Its goal was to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of the team. The course covered an introduction to the Girls' Protection and Empowerment Project Through an Entrepreneurial Approach, environmental and social protection standards, the code of professional conduct, and other essential knowledge, skills, and advice to ensure the project's efficient and effective implementation.
