HUMAN ACCESS in Taiz Governorate conducted a training program on preeclampsia and eclampsia as part of the Reproductive Health Services Support Project, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), a key component of the humanitarian response efforts in Yemen.
The three-day training program targeted 12 midwives and nurses at Al-Misrakh Central Hospital in Al-Misrakh District. Its goal was to equip them with the necessary theoretical and practical skills regarding preeclampsia and eclampsia, and how to manage them.
At the opening of the training, Mr. Fares Al-Mulaiki, Director General of the Local Authority in Al-Misrakh District, commended HUMAN ACCESS's efforts and UNFPA's support in enhancing the capabilities of healthcare staff and improving reproductive health services in the district, thus contributing to saving lives and building a healthier future.
