Sewing machines with their supplies delivered to a number of displaced families in Marib
Last Tuesday, Within the framework of the project to protect and support livelihoods for women and girls funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in the city of Marib Governorate, HUMAN ACCESS delivered 30 sewing machines with their operational supplies to 30 displaced and poor families.
The director of the Social Affairs and Labor office in Marib commended the humanitarian efforts made by HUMAN ACCESS in supporting women and girls in economic empowerment, rehabilitation and training programs, capacity development, and offering safe spaces for women and girls.
The project had an effective role in transforming the beneficiary families from the cycle of need to the cycle of production and providing regular income to the beneficiary families.
