Last Tuesday, HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate held the second quarterly meeting of the members of the Peer Community Network, as part of the protection and livelihood support project for women and girls, funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and implemented in the areas of Al-Rawdha, Al-Sharikah, and Al-Mil camps.
The meeting discussed the role of peer networks in monitoring community needs and the importance of networking in spreading community awareness through the implementation of awareness sessions in gatherings and community events, especially awareness related to the dangers of domestic violence in all its forms.
The discussion also touched on the definition of rights and duties and problem-solving strategy.
