HUMAN ACCESS started the implementation of the sacrificial meat distribution project for this year 2023 across the Republic’s governorates, in partnership with a number of organizations, donors and supporting personalities at home and abroad.
The project helped alleviate the suffering of the poor, orphans, the displaced and refugees, and brought joy and happiness to their families and loved ones during the Eid days.
Dr. Abdwase Alwasei, Secretary General of HUMAN ACCESS, stated that about (355,104) poor people, displaced and conflict-affected families benefited from the meat distributed in all governorates during the first day of Eid al-Adha.
He added that HUMAN ACCESS, along with the supporting charity organizations, sought through the project to provide meat and distribute it to poor and needy families, starting from the Day of Sacrifice and will continue until the end of the three days of Tashreeq.
Dr. Alwasei confirmed that the association's expertise and long experience have been utilized in the implementation of the project through an effective mechanism and a network of workers and volunteers in all governorates.
He expressed his thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to supporting the sacrificial meat distribution project, including organizations, charities, supportive personalities, donors, and benefactors at home and abroad. He also thanked the staff and volunteers who participated greatly to implement the project as required.
