To mark World Children's Day, which falls on November 20th each year, HUMAN ACCESS implemented a series of targeted activities in the governorates of Shabwa, Al-Mahra, and Marib. These activities were part of a project to provide livelihood services to the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The activities targeted a group of children, including children with disabilities. The event also included recreational and educational activities, competitions, and the distribution of gifts. A number of mothers were also present to emphasize the importance of a child's right to expression and participation, ensuring an environment that enables every child to grow, innovate, and participate positively in society.
