The Protection and Livelihoods Support Project for Women and Girls, implemented by HUMAN ACCESS in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), organized several sensitization and education sessions in Marib Governorate.
Legal awareness session for Al-Matar IDPs about nursery
The session dealt with the definition of the nursery, its conditions, to whom it is, and how long the nursery is, in addition to introducing the center’s activities and the services provided to IDPs.
Legal awareness session about obtaining identification papers
The session focused on the importance of women obtaining identification documents to facilitate transactions, freedom of movement, and granting them recognition of their rights and proof of their identity and status as a protected individual. Among the most important of these documents are the personal and family cards, and the passport.
Psychological support sessions for women and girls in Al Quoz area
The sessions sensitized women on the importance of taking care of psychological aspects, methods of relieving psychological stress, and resisting crises and psychological trauma, in addition to defining depression, its causes and ways to prevent it.
