
HUMAN ACCESS in Shabwah Governorate conducted a health awareness session in the city of Ataq on polio vaccination. This session was part of the project "Providing Livelihood Services for the Most Vulnerable Women and Girls in Yemen," funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The session, which was attended by Dr. Fahmi Thaalab, Health Education and Media Officer at the Public Health Office in Ataq District, coincided with the national emergency polio vaccination campaign.
During the session, community members were encouraged to understand the importance of immunization against this dangerous disease, both for their health now and for their future.
