In partnership with Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity Society - Kuwait, HUMAN ACCESS in Hadhramaut Governorate laid a foundation stone for Al-Qadisiyah Institute for Vocational Training project in Mukalla city.
As part of the project, six vocational laboratories, a management office, a training hall, and bathrooms with the highest standards will be built to provide young people with the best possible learning environment.
It is expected that approximately 620 male and female trainees will benefit from the project annually.
The event of laying the foundation stone for the project took place in the presence of Engineer Jamal Al-Nouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Society, Director of the Kuwaiti Relief Association, Dr. Adel Baeshen, the Secretary-General of the Local Council in Hadhramaut, Saleh Al-Umuqi, and the Director General of the Technical Education & Vocational Training office in Sahel Hadhramaut, Dr. Salem Bajaber.
On the sidelines of the event, Engineer Jamal Al-Nouri cited the State of Kuwait’s support and its keen interest in supporting the Yemeni people in various fields through the “Kuwait by your side” campaign, praising the fruitful partnership of the Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Society with HUMAN ACCESS.
Engineer Jamal stressed the importance of these sustainable projects for developing human capital and upgrading the level of vocational education as a window to breaking the cycle of poverty and unemployment.
For their part, Al-Umuqi and Dr. Bajaber extended their sincere thanks to the State of Kuwait for this important development support, praising the efforts of HUMAN ACCESS and the Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Society in implementing educational and vocational projects that meet needs, provide stability, security, and hope for a better future, and rehabilitate and empower the youth for the benefits of local communities.
