HUMAN ACCESS implemented the sacrificial meat distribution project for the year 1444 AH targeting the displaced in Marib and Taiz governorates.

Dr. Abdulwase Alwasei, Secretary-General, stated that (32,424) people benefited from the project, which was implemented in partnership with Cansuyu WIFA, and Deniz Feneri charity organizations, pointing out that (193) sacrificial cows were slaughtered and distributed.

In detail to the above, Cansuyu charity provided 110 sacrifices of bulls, benefiting 18,480 individuals, while WIFA organization offered 50 sacrifices of bulls, targeting (8,400) individuals, and Deniz Feneri donated 33 sacrifices of cows to (5,544) people.

According to Dr. Alwasei, HUMAN ACCESS, in conjunction with the Turkish charities, distributed meat to poor and needy families, starting from the Day of Sacrifice until the end of the three days of Tashreeq.

Alwasei pointed out that the project also included the distribution of Eid clothing for about (500) male and female children of orphan families donated by WIFA organization.

Further, the Secretary-General expressed his sincerest gratitude and appreciation to Turkish charity organizations for their generous donation for Yemen's vital and important projects and for assisting those in need.
