With funding from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), HUMAN ACCESS in Aden Governorate distributed cerebral palsy wheelchairs and assistive devices to three refugee children with special needs, as part of the Integrated Refugee Program.
This significant support aims to help the families of the beneficiary children continue their treatment at the physiotherapy department of Al-Basateen Charitable Medical Center in Dar Saad District, given the importance of physiotherapy sessions and their role in rehabilitation as an essential part of a patient's overall recovery.
HUMAN ACCESS manages Al-Basateen Medical Center, in partnership with UNHCR, as part of the refugee health project implemented in Al-Basateen and Kharaz districts of Aden and Lahj governorates, serving the most vulnerable and needy refugees.
