HUMAN ACCESS organized a specialized health awareness campaign at the Al-Basateen Charitable Medical Center in Aden Governorate in commemoration of World Mental Health Day, observed annually on October 10. The initiative successfully reached 25 beneficiaries, addressing vital mental health issues while distributing motivational gifts to encourage participants.

Managed in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), HUMAN ACCESS operates Al-Basateen Charitable Medical Center under a refugee-centered health project in the Al-Basateen and Kharaz areas across Aden and Lahj governorates. The Project aims to deliver essential medical and mental care to the most vulnerable refugee populations.

This outreach highlights ongoing humanitarian efforts to secure fundamental healthcare services—including specialized mental health support—ultimately fostering resilience, instilling hope, and enhancing the overall quality of life for vulnerable communities in Yemen.
