With funding from the Turkish Diyanet Endowment Foundation, HUMAN ACCESS distributed sacrificial meat for the benefit of 252 thousand people in a number of Yemen’s governorates as part of the sacrificial meat distribution project for this year 1445 AH - 2024, to ease the burden on the most vulnerable and needy families and bless their tables during the days of Eid Al-Adha.
In a special statement, the Secretary General of HUMAN ACCESS, Dr. Abdulwase Alwasea, expressed his deep thanks to the Turkish Diyanet Endowment Foundation for this vital humanitarian support to draw a smile on the faces of the poor and needy and share the joy of Eid Al-Adha with those in need and the disadvantaged.
Dr. Alwasea also stressed the importance of the sacrificial meat distribution project, given the inability of many people to buy meat in light of the deteriorating economic and living conditions in Yemen.
