In partnership with My Care organization, HUMAN ACCESS distributed sacrificial meat to 468 displaced and poor families in Marib governorate, as part of the sacrificial meat distribution project for this year 1444 AH - 2023.
117 sheep and goats were slaughtered and distributed, benefiting about 2,808 displaced people.
Yemen is suffering from the cumulative impact of protracted conflict and economic turmoil, which has exacerbated people's chronic vulnerabilities and increased needs for humanitarian assistance.
The sacrificial meat project helps alleviate the suffering of many poor and needy people on Eid Al-Adha.
